Our emphasis is on integrated estate and asset litigation protection planning. We can provide anything from simple document preparation to a complex asset litigation protection and tax planning strategies with our affiliated attorneys and CPAs. We can also assist with the private financing on property in certain situations.
Through regular attendance at legal continuing education forums, we are able to stay up to date on the most current court rulings and case law. We consult our base attorneys and CPAs to provide more insight and planning depth to a client’s unique situation.
When we are consulting for our clients, we analyze the clients’ current situation to see how we can help them to structure their assets in the best manner possible. This is important so that our clients will be able to raise funds for their business, and if necessary, protect themselves from liability as they conduct business, and protect themselves from any unknown future creditors claims (auto accidents, malpractice claims).
All of our document preparation work is done by Intuitive Legal Preparation (ILP). This service encompasses all documents required for your business filings such as estate planning documents (wills, trusts both revocable and irrevocable and medical directives), Articles of Organization and Operating Agreements for a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or the formation of a corporation.
